3⁄4 oz Agave syrup, Partida
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
2 oz Gin
Instructions

Muddle arugula with lime and syrup; shake, strain, garnish with lime wheel or a little piece of arugala.

There are a bunch of arugula gimlets out there! Back Bar (Somerville) has one called just "Arugula Gimlet" with basically the same recipe but with simple syrup instead of agave. Leah Hall has one (also called Roquette) but with honey syrup and sliLeah Hall has one (also called Roquette), but with honey syrup and slightly more lime & syrup.ght more lime & syrup.
