2⁄3 oz Becherovka
1⁄2 oz Lemon
1 rinse Absinthe
Instructions

Shake. Strain into an absinthe rinsed coupe.

Notes

If using a 90 proof rye, add 5ml.

History

I started from the Metamorphosis and added some ooomph & some spice.
The name comes from the character in Kafka's Book.

Is there a mL/cL bug in the entry? This is over 30 oz of ingredients, so decreasing by a factor of 10 might make it reasonable (30/25/20/15).
