The Club Cocktail (from the University Club of St. Louis)

1 1⁄2 oz Gin
1 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lime juice
6 ds Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions

Put in mixing glass with fine ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass.

Notes

I used St. George's Botanivore gin with excellent results.
