3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup (2:1)
1 ds Pastis, Herbsaint (sprayed, as garnish)
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, up, Herbsaint mist, twist.
