2 oz Amargo-Vallet
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Passion fruit syrup
1 Egg white
Instructions

Dry shake, add ice, shake again, and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
