1 oz Oloroso sherry, Lustau (Don Nuño)
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Gran Classico
1 twst Lemon peel (expressed and discarded)

Stir, strain over one large rock in a rocks glass, express and discard lemon twist.
