3⁄4 oz Aquavit, Aalborg
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth, Dolin
1⁄4 oz Falernum
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
10 lf Mint (muddled)
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Instructions

Muddle mint leaves in falernum; stir with ice and other ingredients; double strain; up; garnish.

Very nicely balanced. The caraway/fennel/mint bridges the chartreuse. Herbal spearmint chewing gum and some white wine body with a little wormwood to finish, falernum (I used John D. Taylor Velvet Falernum) provides mouthfeel and rounds it all out.
