1⁄2 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
3⁄4 oz Grenadine
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 pn Cinnamon
Instructions
Dry shake all through egg white. Add ice then shake again. Strain into coupe/martini, garnish with grated cinnamon.
