1 1⁄2 oz Scotch, Monkey Shoulder
7⁄8 oz Lemon juice
2 t Walnut oil
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 spl Soda water
Instructions

Mix, then shake with ice to emulsify the oil and other ingredients. Tall glass with ice.
