2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson or Kirkland (costco))
1⁄2 oz Blue Curaçao
1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Stir thoroughly. Strain, serve up.
You can up the domaine de canton to .5 oz if you want more spice. It's important to stir this until it's ice cold (50+ revolutions with a bar spoon).
