2 oz Irish whiskey, Teeling (Small Batch)
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
3⁄4 oz Water (Omit if the ice is wet)
1 sli Lemon (as garnish)
Stir, strain, up. Garnish with thin slice of lemon.
