2 oz Irish whiskey
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz Fernet Branca
1 t Rich simple syrup 2:1
2 ds Peach bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir, strain, cocktail glass, garnish.
