1 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
3⁄4 oz Apple Shrub (fennel apple shrub)
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Agave syrup
Instructions
Shake, strain, rocks, garnish with pinches of pepper and salt and a fennel frond.
