1 oz Virgin Islands Rum, Cruzan Blackstrap

1⁄2 oz Cynar

1⁄2 oz Raspberry liqueur (Merlet Creme de Framboise)

2 ds Molasses Bitters, Fee Brothers

Instructions

Stir, strain. No garnish. Serve up or with large cube/sphere.

Bitter, charred molasses flavors with hint of red fruit
