1 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano
1 oz Suze
1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
1 oz Club soda (to top)
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except the grapefruit twist in a collins glass.
Add ice and top with club soda.
Express a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop into the glass.
