1 1⁄2 oz Pisco (strawberry-infused; see note)
1⁄2 oz Campari
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Pineapple syrup (Small Hand Foods)
1 Strawberry (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, up or rocks, garnish.

Notes

Steep 16 oz of chopped strawberry overnight in a quart of three parts pisco, one part Campari, and one part Maraschino. Strain.
