Green Mountain

2 oz Cognac
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
3 spg Mint (one as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, double strain over crushed ice, in stemmed beer glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
