1⁄2 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
1⁄2 oz Ramazzotti
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)

Stir, strain, orange peel garnish

Notes

Named after a made up drink in the Ruth Chatterton film The Lady of Scandal, unquestionably the best part of the film.
