High and Dry

3⁄4 oz Gin (London Dry Gin)
3⁄4 oz Campari
3⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 ds Orange flower water
2 oz Sparkling white wine (to top)
Instructions

Stir everything but the sparkling wine, strain over new ice in a rocks glass. Add sparkling wine and gently stir.
