1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1⁄2 oz Apricot liqueur
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Honey syrup (2:1 honey:water)
4 oz Prosecco (to top)
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for sparkling wine, shake, and strain into champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and orange twist.
