a rich, dark and complex trip to the tropics
|1 1⁄2||oz||Gin, Bluecoat|
|1⁄2||oz||Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain|
Tear fresh sage leaves into mixing glass before adding the liquid ingredients, saving the pineapple juice for a second shake with ice, pour over rocks into a globe shaped wine glass
Try infusing the gin, Cynar and Elderflower liqueur with the torn fresh sage leaves for an hour or more beforehand; strain if you prefer not to suck down the infused sage leaf pieces
From other users
- Gin- sweet, bitter
- I really wanted to like this one but I don't think that this group of ingredients wants to be friends. Maybe sub falernum for elderflower liquor?
