3 ds Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1 pn Sugar (Pomegranate Sugar for rim)
1 1⁄2 oz Sake (Soto Premium Junmai)
1 oz Japanese Whisky (Hakushu Single Malt 12 year)
3⁄4 oz Blue Curaçao
3⁄4 oz Pavan
2 ds Salt (Himalayan Pink rock salt)
Instructions
1. Splash some Green Chartreuse into a frozen coupe glass , swirl around, coat the rim, dip the rim into the pomegranate rimming sugar, then return the glass to the freezer.
2. Place all other ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into the coupe glass.

A vibrant blue color. Light and refreshing.
