1 oz Braulio
3⁄4 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup (Small Hand Foods)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 spg Rosemary (as garnish)

Shake, strain into a Collins over ice, garnish with a rosemary sprig and lime wheel, serve with straw.
