1 oz Añejo rum
3⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
3⁄4 oz Orgeat
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters (heavy dashes, as garnish)
Instructions
Shake with a little pebble ice, strain into a double OF glass full of pebble ice. Add more pebbles, and dash the bitters on top.
