1 1⁄2 oz Apricot eau-de-vie, Blume Marillen
3⁄4 oz Peppermint syrup
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Mint hydrosol
2 oz Soda water
Instructions
Shake, strain over soda water in a Collins glass, serve with straw.

Peppermint syrup: make a double-strength peppermint herbal tea and mix 1:1 with sugar.
