1 1⁄2 oz Gin

1 oz Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc

1 oz Ginger Wine, Crabbie's

Instructions

Shake hard with ice and strain into a well chilled champagne coupé.
Garnish with pickled sweet ginger on a bamboo skewer (optional).
