1 oz Sweet vermouth
1 ds Bitters, Angostura

Shake & strain.

Notes

Basically a tequila Manhattan. Lucy of Gramercy in NYC makes a cocktail of the same name with a bourbon base, substituting PX sherry for sweet vermouth.
