Saratoga Cocktail (Rye-Cognac Manhattan)

1 oz Rye
1 oz Sweet vermouth
1 oz Cognac
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Stir over ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Notes

There is another cocktail called the Saratoga. I will add this.
