2 oz Rye
12 oz Dry vermouth, Noilly Prat
12 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
2 ds Bitters, Boker's
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Combine all ingredients, except for the orange peel, in a mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain into a coupe. Twist orange peel over drink.
