Spice Me Up

1 oz Cognac VSOP
12 oz Honey syrup
12 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Brut Champagne
1 sli Candied ginger
Instructions
Shake Cognac, Honey Syrup, and Lemon juice. Double strain into a rocks glass with a large rock of ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with candied ginger on a pick.
