1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Bombay Sapphire
1 1⁄2 oz Walnut Liqueur (Pendray's brand)
1⁄2 oz Triple sec
3⁄4 oz Lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.


As an option I enjoy adding 1/2 oz half & half for additional body and richness.


I grew up on an acre of walnut trees and during today's hot afternoon I was doing some pruning.
