1⁄4 oz Lime juice (as rinse)
1 pn Sugar (Chocolate sugar for rim)
1 1⁄2 oz Gin (Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin)
1 oz Crème de Violette, Rothman & Winter
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur (Spearmint Liqueur)
1 oz Pomegranate juice
1 Egg white
Instructions

1. Splash a little lime juice into a frozen coupe glass, roll it around, get the rim wet, dip & coat the rim in chocolate sugar, then return the glass to the freezer.
2. Add all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake very vigorously, and strain into the coupe glass.
