2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Chambord
Instructions

Combine with ice, shake, and strain.

Notes

Variation on an Aviation that uses Jackson Hole Still Works Absaroka gin, named after the Absaroka mountains in Wyoming and has a distinctive cinnamon and spice flavor and Chambord in place of creme de violet. I'm sure it would taste great with a more traditional gin as well. Actually made it for the first time during winter, and it was great.

Very good! Hovers right on the line of being sour, without going over.
