Black Sakura

2 1⁄2 oz Sake
1 oz Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Black Walnut
Instructions

STIR with ice and double strain strain into a chilled nick & nora glass or champagne coupe. Cherry and/or lemon garnish.

  • The sake largely stays out of the way which leads to a surprisingly medicinal outcome (although not in any way unpleasantly). The drink is good, but feels flat.
