1 1⁄2 oz Blanco tequila
1⁄2 oz Ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton
1⁄2 oz Turmeric syrup
1 oz Lime juice
4 lf Mint
Instructions
Everything in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain. Serve on the rocks in a glass rimmed with tajin.
Notes
I used Monin's Golden Turmeric syrup, but you can easily make your own.
