1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal
3⁄4 oz Sake (Soto Premium Junmai)
3⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
3⁄4 oz Crème de Violette
3 ds Lemon bitters
1 Egg yolk
1 Dragonfruit
Instructions
1. Muddle some dragonfruit in the shaker.
2. Add ingredients, add ice, shake very vigorously, strain into a frozen coupe glass.
