1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey Vida
3⁄4 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth (Vya)
1⁄2 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Grapefruit juice (Texas Ruby Red)
2 spl Absinthe
Instructions
1. Splash some absinthe into a frozen coupe glass, swirl to coat, and return the glass to the freezer.
2. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice, and strain into the coupe glass.
