1 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain (Germain)
1 t Dry vermouth
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 Maraschino cherry, Luxardo (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir and strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

  • This is a nice Manhattan riff. I have seen some other ratios and I think I prefer 2oz bourbon, 1oz Elderflower, 1/4oz Dry Vermouth and the two dashes of Ango.
  • I added 1t of the Luxardo syrup and that may have made it a tad too sweet. May try with Lillet or Cocci Americano in lieu of vermouth. — ★★★★
  • I swapped Lillet Blanc for the dry vermouth (which I didn't have).
