1 1⁄2 oz Brandy (Tin City Walnut Flavored Brandy)
1 oz Herbal liqueur, Pomp and Whimsy
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
7 dr Sherry vinegar (Sherry Vinegar, aged 30 Years)
3 ds Rhubarb bitters
Instructions
1. Rim a frozen coupe glass with ultrafine baker's sugar, then return to the freezer.
2. Shake with ice and strain into the frozen coupe glass.
Notes
I used Lemon Juice for the rimming with sugar.
