1⁄2 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 spg Mint
Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and add the soda water. Shake the rest with ice and strain into the highball. Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
