Trini Swizzle

2 1⁄2 oz Sparkling rosé wine
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3 ds Bitters, Angostura (as float)
1 wdg Orange (as garnish)
Instructions

Swizzle liqueur and lime juice in a highball over crushed ice, add sparkling wine and top with more ice. Finish with the bitters, and garnish with an orange wedge.
