1⁄2 oz Crème de Cacao
1⁄4 oz Mezcal
1⁄2 oz Crème de Banane
2 oz Horchata
5 ds Bitters, Aztec Chocolate

Shake everything but horchata/bitters, strain onto ice in rocks glass, float horchata, add bitters.
