1 1⁄2 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Ginger liqueur, Canton
1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
Instructions

Shake, strain, highball, rocks, top with ginger beer, stir gently, straw, garnish with bitters. Original uses housemade ginger liqueur.
