1 oz Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Gin, Hendrick's
2 oz Dry white wine
Instructions

Stir with ice, strain, serve

Notes

Substitute dry vermouth for less bitterness, modest minerally white (budget sauvignon blanc) blends well, but less vino or more aggressive gin can tip the balance nicely

History

Tired of Kirs, inspired by summer leftovers including an Unusual Negroni

  • 4/30/20: Used Tanqueray and Dolin blanc in place of the Lillet. Very tasty. Would like to try chilling everything ahead of time and adding soda water.
