2 oz Rye
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
1 t Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering (or up to 2 tsp)
1⁄2 t Absinthe (as rinse)
1 twst Lemon peel (As garnish)
Instructions
Stir, strain, straight up, cocktail glass.
Notes
Stir with ice briskly in clock-wise fashion this makes it sea-going, presumably!
