1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Bluecoat
              1⁄2 oz Cynar
              1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
              1⁄2 oz Lime juice
              4 oz Pineapple juice
              2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
              5 lf Sage
          Instructions
    
          Tear fresh sage leaves into mixing glass before adding the liquid ingredients, saving the pineapple juice for a second shake with ice, pour over rocks into a globe shaped wine glass
Notes
    
          Try infusing the gin, Cynar and Elderflower liqueur with the torn fresh sage leaves for an hour or more beforehand; strain if you prefer not to suck down the infused sage leaf pieces
