3 sli Apple (Fuji)
2 oz Rye, Old Overholt (Chamomille-infused)
1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Cinnamon syrup
Instructions
Muddle the apple slices, add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe, garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
1/4 cup of loose chamomille in one liter bottle of Old overholt, stir well, strain well after 1 hour and 45 minutes
