1 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin, Tanqueray Old Tom
1 oz Grapefruit liqueur (Edmond Briottet)
1⁄4 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
4 oz India Pale Ale (Burning Bros. Grapefruit IPA)
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions
Build in a Collins glass over ice--top with IPA, and garnish with a lemon twist

The grapefruit IPA I used has more balanced (not particularly resin-ie) than most West Coast IPAs
