1 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin
3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except lemon peel in a mixing glass. Add ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel over drink.
