Wallbanger

1 1⁄2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Vanilla syrup
3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Soda water
Instructions

Build first four ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, shake. Strain into a collins glass, add ice, top with soda water, stir briefly to mix. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
